Refund policy

Returns
30 day return policy.  

Please email info@mb-botanicals.com if an item needs to be returned.
Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.  
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund once item arrives.
Shipping costs are non refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
No exchanges. Items will refunded if defective or damaged.

Damaged Product

Please save the damaged items, original box, take a photo of the damage and send to
